Springfield Lice Clinic Fees and Services

Our clinic uses a non toxic, oil based treatment. We carefully comb lice and nits out of your hair, and provide a kit (including comb) for at home follow up to eliminate head lice.

Springfield Lice Clinic treats people for head lice, and reserves the right to refuse treatment to people with bed bugs, scabies, and other parasitic insects outside the scope of head lice.

Payment is due at the time of service.

$25 PER HEAD CHECK
This fee is waived if everyone in your party needs treatment.

$125 FOR FIRST HEAD TREATMENT

$100 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HEAD TREATMENT
An additional $25 per head for hair below the shoulders.

$10 ADDED ONE TIME TO CHECKS OR TREATMENTS ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
